Try doing something low impact, like Pilates. That will kick your ass and make you feel good about the shit you can do, but won't have any cardio involved.
You'll feel better if you do have cute hair and cute clothes, I bet. Just a little bit. It should take your mind off the idea that you don't look good, and help you stop worrying that other people think that.
Oh, and yin yoga. That shit is amazing. It's like sleepytime yoga and I always feel like a new person afterward. It's floor poses, that you hold for a few minutes at a time to just sink into the stretch to wherever you're comfortable. Very quiet and calm and relaxing. There's little to no pressure to keep up with anyone or do poses better than anyone, because you have your face on the ground half the time and can't even see anyone else. Haha
Thanks, I'll have to try it. Sounds fun and relaxing, which is what I need. I had thought about yoga a while ago and some reason forgot all about it being something I could/should do.
