Daily routine.  She woke up.  Took her medicine.  Angsted about her new crush and hoping, praying, that no one finds out.  It's enough stress to make her want to crawl into a corner and die.  Paired with the fact that someone close to her is going to get surgery tomorrow to have part of their voice box removed...well, she just can't take it.

She's sick.

Unpleasantly.  Hallucination prone.  Sick.  She' wouldn't call a doctor even if she knew one, so the only option she's really left with really only includes a lot of medicine and tea.  If she starts hallucinating, then leave the room.  You don't want to be there when she starts that up--it never ends prettily.
