"Word Vomit"

So, I saw "Mean Girls" this weekend, and the main character talks about something called 'word vomit.' Word vomit is when you say things that you don't mean to say and you wouldn't normally say, but they keep coming out of your mouth anyways. I had a severe attack of word vomit on Saturday night. We saw that movie this weekend, too. I used to be a chronic liar - everytime someone asked me a question I lied in my answer. It just made things uncomfortable and awful for me later, but I couldn't stop. I've gotten better about it in the past couple of years, but I do really think it's compulsive!
