This is a pretty difficult situation (I have a ridic short attention span so I hope I followed it as well as I could have), but I'd have to say that there isn't a lot you can do. I don't think it's right that you slept with that guy, but from what I gather you really didn't have an opion. I think that they could be better friends to you for trusting your side of the story over some fuck buddy of Anne's.
If you really do think he raped you, though, you should report it; then they would see you were really serious about it. It could go either way, with Anne/Stacy disliking you for reporting it or Anne/Stacy finally understanding how serious you are, but I would venture to guess that if she doesn't do the latter, she wasn't that great of a friend not to trust you in the first place.

Have you tried Dancing out of control instead of cutting. I find it helpful to curb my self destructive behavior. Have you considered trying to find a reasonable and respectable Dom partner to get your masochism taken care of in a safer way? A little flogging never "hurt" anyone.
Oh my god. I can't believe I wrote this. I know I shouldn't talk when I drink, but for some reason it always seems like a good idea at the time. I am so ashamed, I'm literally shaking right now, reading this. Now that I'm not drunk I know exactly what my problem is and how to fix it. I swear I'm not this bleak or morbid. Ugh.
