Mica, you're not stupid. And it's a good thing you give evryone a benifit of a doubt. I should do that more often. And we never said anything about looking past their kindness. What we meant was look past the fake mask people put on their faces most of the time. Because some people are two-faced. I admit I am one too. Actually, I have more than that. But I do hope you understand what I'm saying. I'm not trying to make you hate people, I'm just saying to be careful and not trust anyone so easily.

I'm glad you feel this way. Maki, in my personal opinion you're a great person. And anyone who captures your heart is one of the luckiest men in the world.

Keiko-chan, at your house I found a book of sayings. One of the sayings I found was:

It's better to trust everyone and get hurt along the way
Then to trust no one and be lonely

You and I both know very well how loneliness feels--it's the worst fucking feeling in the world. So even if a person is two-faced, as long as they don't hurt me, I see no reason to think badly of them.

And I'm not a great person. I just have common decency that many people seem to lack these days.
