so there was a little ambiguity as to whether i would run a half or full marathon this fall, but as it turns out i'll be doing a full. today i pushed to 12, and a half is 13.1; it would be silly to train for 3 1/2 more months to run one more mile than i can do now.

this is going to be sweet.
