Last weekend was the Main Event and the 4th of July holiday so things were very busy and I couldn't get much of an EO from IT so I didn't get much sleep - less than 20 hours total between Thursday and Monday. So yeah, working at the V and IT now. Kind of tiring but I'll survive. Making money, not a bad thing. I'd kind of hoped things would be better at the V, more money, more professional. Not really. This could be my last post for a while. Heading into double shifts and all that craziness. I'm trying to adjust my sleep schedule to waking up around 1am and getting to bet around 6pm. So yeah, the benefit scare has apparently passed, or been postponed at least. But at least the incident was managed well, if the goal was to foment fear, anxiety and distrust in an already susceptible population. Next week I'm starting work at the V. I think I'm buying a new car next week. It's not something I particularly wanted to do but I think my Neon's had enough. The driver's side window had been stopped working for the last few months.
