Today is a date that's a fun number, so I saw this idea going around to make yourself a time capsule for the next time this happens. I think my whole lj is a time capsule, but I do think it'd be fun to write a few notes to myself with questions and some optimistic projections about 2033.

heck just thinking about my 2020 self... she'd be so pleasantly surprised about the vaccine, then so let down about how many people didn't get the vaccine, then terrified to hear that there's a new variant every 6 months, then shocked that schools were shut down the going then shut down again... if I called her up now she'd be like "okay enough, I can't even handle this story!"
