today Dave and I baked a cake, using the nyancat iPhone app (it's free!) as our timer. there's something about "you've flown carelessly for: 30:00:00" that made it that much more delicious in the end. -
today, in space...
the International Space Station breaks the Mir record for continuous human presence in space. the ISS will celebrate 10 years in space on the 31st. the final flight of Space Shuttle Discovery (STS-133) will launch on November 1st.
