After the move
Well Nate and I have been in the new apartment for about 3 weeks. Its been great being on my own. Actually one of my friends at work said just the other day that I looked much more rested and relaxed, especially since I was just coming into work. YAY Moving!
So an update on things happening with me and Nate. We'll be moving into our own one bedroom apartment at the end of July/ beginning of August. We're moving a little closer to the Walmart I work at. Actually it'll put us about halfway between the two stores we work at. And with any luck he'll be able to come to my store soon. But back to the ( Read more... ) -
Question for my friends
So I haven't kept anyone updated recently but this one was thrown on us. Mom was looking into moving to an apartment on the mainfloor in our complex. Her knees have gotten really bad and she really can't climb the stairs anymore. So the manager of this complex found an apartment in our building that she thought was opening up in Mid-September. I have got to stop not updating
So once again its been forever since my last post. I'm still with my boyfriend Nate, six months in about a week and a half. Even though we work conflicting shifts we still manage to get together for us time. Though sometimes its only once a week for part of a day, and most of it is spent sleeping. Complicated
I went from being barely noticed to being well liked in Wal-Mart in what felt like minutes, though in reality it was about 3-4 months. Everyday I'm amazed at who knows my name, and even better, can pronounce it correctly. A lot of the guys Fredy talks to are talking to me now, and all the unloaders have a blast talking and joking with me. There ( Read more... ) -
Blitz Setup
So today I worked almost 6 hours to help setup blitz for Black Friday. Bob had me come in at 8pm tonight... I should have just come in at 9 like everyone else. I had to clock out before 2am cause I would have been in a meal violation for working 6 hours with no lunch. New Hair Cut
Everyone should have a general idea about how much I hated when my hair knots. Well I finally did something about it. I got it chopped off. Though nowhere near as bad as I did in high school.
