We all miss you too. I am glad that you are able to see yourself maturing. Things may not be quite the same but they also don't change as much as you think they do.
Have fun this year and have fun in the shows that you are doing. Everyone seriously underestimates the fun you can have as a stage manager. Plus backstage experience really helps the res far more than you can imagion. Often Directors won't cast a lead unless they have had BSE. Or if they do cast someone with out it then if they see two people they think could do a role they look at the experience and if one has BSE then they usually pick that one. I got this info from a professional Director. Have fun!
