I agree with what every one else has said really..Pretty much sums up 0% x Lets hope none of us get like that hey..

i agree with what others have said, it drives me up the wall when people post saying they are at 0%, or one person whose family told me they were at 0% went to the cinema (LOL, just a one off person i think!) . Ive never been 0% ., but went down to 0-5% for a while, all my energy went on being taken to the toilet once or twice a day, whispering the odd word (like drink) and sucking some icecubes and when up to it being spood fed some baby food all of those would exhust me for ages after, and during those times ive often said you could of hit me with a brick or the house could of fallen down and i probably wouldn't of noticed, i also even at just above 5% didnt have any emotions, not in a depressed away but just like my brain wasnt that complex, it did what it had to do (Tell me when i was thirsty, tell me when i needed the toilet) and it wasnt going to do much else, if that makes sense

Um ok you know my views on 0% but just to throw you completly there is another scale which works backwards to the ayme one so 0% on that means 0% of M.E ie fully / nearly recoverd from the illness.

Just thought I would throw that in but in my eyes yes 0% is very very poorly and being near death I guess as you cant physically do anything not even sip water easily. I know that sounds horrid but thats just how I see it.
