One of the many sweet things about work is that we are on the 9/80 schedule, which means that we work 80 hours over 9 days, giving us every other Friday off. yea - we do the same thing. i think it's called flex hours over here. it's nice in the summer.

and i agree - i find it much more satisfying doing nothing at home, but at least i get paid to do it at work... though i'm usually not slacking because work just seems to drift into my cube.

Flex time is different than 9/80, but we also have flex time and it's pretty sweet. I haven't actually flexed any time yet, but if I made this job into a career, then I could see it being quite convenient.
