I am quitting smoking.

Monday I had 4.
Yesterday I had 5.
Today I had 1. But it will prolly be 2 by the end of the day.

How do you change after 14 years of bad habit?
This is very hard.
I want to eat everything in sight. I envision myself turning into a fucking lardass.

Then I can die of heart disease instead of lung cancer. Yay me!

Last week I worked 6 days....didn't have time to get everything done so I ended up staying up till like 3 am every night wrapping presents, making candy and stuff. I never got to make cookies ( Read more... )
