I've watched too much of that show, but in my opinion the horrendous superficiality and mere retardation is only an example of how... teenagers' values are heading, I suppose. And MTV doesn't have the most intelligent programming, anyway. We just try and laugh at it with expletives often, lol.

have you ever seen the one where the girl's dad buys her this really nice suv but she doesn't want it so then he gets her a really nice convertible too? because that one would make you mad. because that made all of us watching it mad.

The worst one was when the girl had this horrible childhood and grew up in foster care. She got adopted by an amazing and rich family and became a horrible spoiled brat. You would think she would appreciate all of that even more after her hard life... but no.
