it's so funny when the most ridiculous songs get stuck in my head and I just ask, "why? why is this ridiculous song stuck in my head?" until one line runs through my brain over and over and somehow, it makes PERFECT SENSE. does that happen to anyone else, or is it just me whose brain sends them subconscious messages through seventh grade one-hit ( Read more... )

with many examples, and on many levels, and for many reasons, it is much easier for me to believe that when high expectations of people are formed, disappointment is bound to follow. there isn't much more reason for me to expand on this thought either, but never has this thought been more true to me.
