Religious encounter (no, it's not what you're thinking)

I ran into someone I used to know yesterday during work, someone who knew me when I was Nancy. I knew she looked familiar, but I couldn’t place her at the time. I didn’t say anything or make any sign of recognition, though- I'm not out at work. I finished the transaction and wished her a good day, and didn't really think about it much afterwards.
