it is always wonderful to hear your posts, vaness. You needn't fear about the kind of blog you put up. i'venever seen one be whiny, immature, whatever. your are always thughtful, intelligent,and... well,for lackof a better word, deep.

It was so wonderful to be so cold, and yet so enveloped by the warmth of fellowship and by the love of God. It was quiet, it was still, and yet there was the constant, gentle murmur of voices praying to God...now louder, now softer. Prayers seem somehow almost tangible to me...or, I don't know, I want to visualize them. Prayers remind me of birds flying.

Oh man, that would be sweet! (You making a brief detour up here in May). It would be phen-omenal, to put it lightly. Let me know what's what when you find out more.

And yes, I did get your text. That is weird! I don't know (had our places been reversed) that I could've pieced all that together. Kudos to you, my friend.

And I agree: reading random journals is extremely interesting. Good call. :)

On the contrary, my dear sir, I actually have seen this one. I think I saw it when I first got into TBLLT. (That looks like an acronym for a sandwhich. Like a Turkey-Bacon-Lettuce-Lettuce-Tomato.) Yeah. But still excellent none the less!

birds flying! oh vaness, this is so awesome. i was in paris and *loved* watching birds fly over the city...aaaaah you are *great*!

and, well, i don't think your blog is whiny. i like to read it. :) and i totally know what you mean......like, yeah, i write in my *real* journal too, but i just want to share some things with some really amazing people and i think having a blog is a great way to do so. and i am a fan of friend-locking livejournal. just because....yeah, this way i can sort of choose whome to share my entries with and it makes it more...personal in a way. i don't know. but anyway -- i like reading your writings. :)

someday we really have to meet. reeeeeally really really. you seem just incredibly ... awesome!

Nah, I don't think your posts are boring at all. You always have insightful things to say about people, about life. The way you approach the things you see and do is fascinating and refreshingly optimistic. :)

SPU sounds like such a wonderful place to learn and grow to know God. It really does.
