I've been writing a lot lately. And reading a lot over the last few days. It's all I can do to keep my heartache at bay.

It is the worst feeling to know that your inner demons lurk just around the corner, waiting to overwhelm you with memories. For every thing that happens, I become assaulted with feelings and memories that keep me tied to him.

 The Coloradoan in me has been kicking and screaming and begging for attention all summer long. All I've been doing lately is indulging that person. Last week, mom and I went on a five mile hike. The day before yesterday, I went for a three mile bike ride and yesterday, my friend Kendall and I went camping in the Roosevelt National Park backwoods.
