So my guy came over last night and we had incredible sex. I have never been with anyone that can make me come so many times. The thing I have been thinking about isn't just the sex though - it is him and us. He is married and we had been seeing each other about a year when I broke it off last fall. You are being pretty smart about it. I dont think you should say anything because he is married and just see what happens. If you say anything you might freak him out and ruin it. obviusly he is starting to like you alot. Sorry you dont know me but I was reading from proana and I read your post. How much do you weigh if you eat 1100 cals? I always try to eat alot of protein also. Does it help you?

I am trying to give it time - I think I will reevaluate in about six months. He is going through a lot with his mom and finances and work right now so the last thing he needs is more stress. Any guy, whether he is married or not gets freaked out when you tell him you like him! We had really intese sex last night - maybe that will relieve his stress! I am five four and I weigh 129 - I don't think I want to go below 120. I try and be really smart about the weight loss - if you don't get enough protein every day you body just eats up your muscles and brain cells and you don't lose the fat. I think it helps me retain more muscle than a lot of other people that diet. Protein, fiber and fat are what studies have shown kills hunger so I try to eat a lot of fiber and lean protein. It works well (I have lost thirty pounds) but I have been having these stomach problems - have an appointment with a gastroenterologist on Friday so I should find out why soon!

I went and it was the most confusing thing of all. My doctor had said the the gastroenterologist would give me a colonoscopy and a bunch of tests to rule out other things besides irritable bowel, which I was cool with. So the gastroenterologist told me he didn't need to do all those tests that I had irritable bowel. Then he went through all the things that you can do to make it better. The first one was to take psyllim fiber - which he said can make you worse for a while before it makes you better. Then he told me not to eat any food with fiber in it. Then he told me the he hesitated to tell me not to eat any food with fiber in it as I was doing so well on my diet and I should stick with what I was doing (after he asked about every item I ate all day). He told me to exercise - which I need to do anyway cause I am lazy. He said that I could try zelnorm if I want but that it only reduced symptoms 15%. He did give me a sheet that says if you are having an attack to switch to a clear liquid diet for a couple of days. I think my ( ... )
