Using the program "Semagic" which you can download at livejournal.com on top it says "about" on the lj site and then click download...
Using that prog when u log in with it... Use the calendar thing and delete every post... one by one... (click last 50) to make it easier to show last 50 posts lol...
Then make a post "public" saying friends only comment to post.
Then the rest of your posts... make em "friends"

If ur too lazy to delete old posts them leave em and just make a new post friends only like i said and after that from then on "friends"
