it has gotten startlingly chilly here.  at least, it feels that way after the stifling heat preceding it.  i think the worst of the humidity and high temperatures is over...unfortunately, most of the clothes i brought are warm-weather, so i'm going to have to have my mom send some warmer stuff with my care packages from nana.

i love the rain... it reminds me of home.  tea goes well with rain.  as do rain jackets and umbrellas used only for decorative effect.
my dorm room smells like nuts.  it's odd.

i think i could probably be considered manic.  my moods are all over the place.
and: i really hate my sucky health.  not that this is some kind of newsflash or anything, but still.  it didn't matter so much over the summer but now there's so much i want to do and i can barely do any of it.
fuck that.

i hate that people are leaving.  it makes me sad.

so as much as i adore san francisco and the two days we spent there, i really, REALLY hate car trips with my family.  more than i can possibly say.  i'll spare you all the attempts to describe the sheer awfulness of it: think awful.  really really.
