so some actual progress in my "make sami quit being so horrible" program. i started an exercise routine this week so i can get less fat and maybe a little attractive. my abdominal muscles hurt like a bitch, as does my left ass muscle. it's good though. i should do my jogging now and get it out of the way

i think you should do it, and that it's about a 100% fact that it would help you. just keep in mind that you might not get the "right" counselor on the first try, and that it's your right to ask for a different person if you feel like you aren't clicking with the one they give you.
