Well since it's come to the end of another (academic) year I thought now was a good as time as any to post!  Not that I intend to dwell on much to do with uni - maybe I'll do a similar post to one I did a couple years back but for now here's a nice happy, positive list of things which make me smile at the moment (shocking for an lj post, I know!)

In working on my dissertation I came across this quote from a film theorist:

Well I offically arrived back in Canterbury on Sunday (with Siobhan :-D :-D) which was really cool, as was Monday since Jerry took John and I on the Jack the Ripper Tour as an early birthday treat. Today I got a pay rise. That made me happy :-)

It was my first day at work today and it was... ok, I think - I hope! The work is more repetative than anything, although a bit tricky.
