My sanity is something I really can't afford to lose right now. Or ever, really.

I need to learn how to take care of myself...I can't handle having panic attacks anymore.

I haven't felt such an insatiable desire to be outside in a long time. As much as I try to avoid being in the sun, the actual temperature outside was perfect today. It was warm, but slightly humid.
