I remember once when I was younger Isabel said to me people were scared of me, because I was so sarcastic and they thought I was a bitch. I still get embarrassed about that now, sometimes we don't realise these things. I think Phung is a great friend for telling you

You say how aware I am of myself, but that isn’t true at all. My friends see me better than I see myself and it is only when they tell me do I realise. I wouldn’t be in this situation if I were aware of myself

I was thinking about this last night and how I think you are very self aware and you do't. I guess maybe because alot of what I learn about you is through journals and emails where you are very open and honest and are being very reflective.

Maybe Sandy just needs time. I don't know, I would really appreciate an apology from someone who was a friend. It takes alot to apologise. Or maybe she's just had enough. I hope not because you werent really aware of what you were saying and their effect on her.

If I could have one wish for you it would be that you see all you are worth and not feel people are better than you. You've been my friend for so long now and I have seen so many wonderful qualities in you, talents, and achievements.

My apologies on the other hand haven’t gone down perfectly (but nothings perfect in life so that’s fine). Rachelle still seems wound up. She didn’t take my phone call so I left a phone message. She texted me to say she really needs to be on her own now or I else I could really cop it, so I appreciate that consideration. I’ll give her the space she needs
