I made it 90 miles in one week and I didnt blow up or nothin. Just got back from the midnight run. Ran the 10k i raced the first half and then coasted the second. I came through the 5k in just over 16 minutes. Officially feeling drained. All this mileage is starting to get to me. First i did four this morning. Then went to practice for another 7. And finished it off with another 2 at the Gym. 13 for the day, 52 for the week well on my way to my first ever ninety mile week. Alright, the end of aother extremely productive day. 4 in the morning, 8 at croom, and another 4 when i got back. First 4 sucked extremly hot. Croom was horrible spent all 8 miles fighting off swarm after swarm of horse flies. Last 4 was great nice and cool. I actually ran pretty respectably too. Danielles car is a death trap.
