I think whether you play LInOcUT depends on the strength of your opponent. Against an optimal opponent, it seems right, because the responses aren't going to be that much better than average. The weaker your opponent gets, the less desirable it is to give them an obviously good play, forcing them to play more skillfully. Don't know exactly where that line goes. I would at least play TOILfUl or TOLUIds though, just because it makes column N a bit harder to play on.
TOILFUL. That's it. I spent a long time looking for something that didn't set up the J but gave up, figuring that it wasn't worth burning all my clock if I didn't see it in a few minutes. Then I drew the J. smh.
This was a fun game! It's one of those games that every turn is a puzzle to find a way to do something very unlikely. I have looked at some of the turns, and I am happy with about half and very dismayed with a couple.
