Today I walked right next to Kevin Bacon on 5th Avenue. I said Hi.

I just looked up the rack rate (the rate someone would pay if they booked directly with the hotel) for the overwater bungalow I stayed at in Tikehau and it would cost $958/night. In Moorea, it would have been $902/night, $178/night in Bora, $581/night in Tahiti. Damn. Not to mention the air and meals. I love working at a wholesale tour operator... ( Read more... )

Back from Tahiti. It was amazing! I spent 2 nights in Tikehau, 2 nights in Moorea, 1 night in Bora Bora and 3 nights on the main island Tahiti. Lots of pictures to post... later.
