Have you talked to Thaadd at all about the gluten-free diet? She might be able to give you some suggestions.

can you forward me that IBS diet plan? I'd be interested to try it n' see if it improves my digestion at all.

My dad was recently diagnosed as having celiac disease, and my sister and I were both discussing that it may have been passed on to us. :\

It may be the milk in the chocolate that's upsetting for your stomach. If you can find Larabars, those are definitely worth the price. They taste like brownies with no gluten or lactose. Also, there are gluten/lactose-free bars that can be a better alternative.

My housemate is gluten/lactose-intolerant and she has a pretty awesome diet. Quinoa & rice are always delicious substitutes.
