So, I had Dorian neutered and the vet did bloodwork that I didn't authorize and found out he has Feline Leukemia Virus, which is the equivalent of HIV in humans. He really shouldn't live with other cats, though Raina's cats have been tested and they're fine. They've also been immunized, but I guess that's only 70% effective ( Read more... )

So, I had this nasty cold/bronchitis thing for about a month. A little over a week ago it got lots worse. Last Thursday I was coughing so much that I couldn't breath and my limbs and lips were tingling. Luckily Miss EV took me to the emergency room. I got a new computer at work... it's so sexy. Yeah, I realize saying a computer is sexy makes me a complete geek. But you've gotta understand, it has dual flat screen monitors and I went from having 2 gigs of RAM to almost 6! It's got a nice video card and it's all new and shiny and mine. *grin* No more 3D animations on a laptop ( Read more... )
