Yay! That would be fun to have you! I'm in Bloomington, IN which is 1 hr south of Indy. Are you coming home for the holidays this year?
Hows life treating you?

Glad to hear you've settled in! What sort of school are you teaching at? It sounds very interesting. Karen and I are settling back into living together after a year on opposite sides of the globe; it's going well though. She's now on the substitute teacher list for my district, hopefully others will soon follow. I'm doing a unit on the Holocaust with my students and we're reading "Number the Stars." The kitten continues to be cute. Life is good!

Do you want a short story written by my grandmother about her experiences in the holocaust as a Hungarian jew? I can fax one to you if you want.

I'm teaching at the Bradford Woods www.bradwoods.org
It's fun! I take 5th graders around the woods and teach them about trees and eagles and water bugs etc.

Wow! I'm so glad you posted! I was beginning to wonder what had happened to spiffy doda!! My e-mail address is zia1967@comcast.net
Send me your snail mail address so I can write you a letter! I have been super into that lately. So there! I'm glad you are having a good time! Was the Hungary trip for business or pleasure? I'd be curious to see photos... the husband of my mom's violin teacher was Hungarian, and I always remember liking his food! ha ha So yeah, send me your address and we can correspond through the COOL mail!

love, Megalyn
