Great day with my hubby! We got up and went to Pike Place Market in Seattle. We sampled a delicious peach and pear, then shared a polish pastry and it was a beautiful clear day, then went looking at furniture then went to dinner, it was a very good day :)

Im sitting in my room watching Corina Corina, listening to the rain outside (I love this state) and decide to make a coconut cake from scratch, I made this cake once before and it came out good considering I forgot to add the milk :P heres the recipe if anyone is interested:

So now my husband makes more in one month than I did in 3 and we are still stressing about money!
