I'm currently fed up of dizzy spells and feeling rough, but watched the first of the 'eddie izzard marathon man' programmes yesterday and that has inspired me to try a bit harder to achieve something even through the feeling horrid.
Only you know how much you can or should ignore the ill health and limitations your body is currently giving you. Perhaps spend some time working out what you can do, and ignoring those things you can't or shouldn't do?
Sometimes life sucks whatever choices we make, and sometimes even when we're plugging away there's an evil gnome walking along behind ruining everything we touch (that's my excuse anyway). Our choice is to laugh and keep plugging away or sit down and wail.
I seem to be alternating at the moment.
