Prompt: Wisdom. What was the wisest decision you made this year, and how did it play out?
Wisdom, and me, not sure they really go together.
Probably to redecorate our kitchen, rather than settle for another cooker we hate. Started in June/July, still going, but the end is in sight now, so feeling very good about what we've achieved. -

This is another tough one. I haven't been very social this year.
On reflection my biggest social gathering was probably bookcrossing UK uncon, great to see so many book people, and eat drink adn talk books. -

Prompt: Let Go. What (or whom) did you let go of this year? Why?
I let go of my engineering career this year, because it isn't a realistic option any more, but it has taken me several years to accept this.
letting it go allows me to move on, which I couldn't until I had let go properly -

I didn't actively try to, but pregnancy has given me back my sense of wonder
