Keep writing! you have talent and I for one would be sad not to see you posting your work. Don't let a few people put you off, you've done nothing wrong. Overall this is a nice fandom but there are, as in all fandoms, a few places and people best avoided. I'm just sory that this has happened to you.

Geez, angel, that is ridiculous that you're getting crap over all this!!! Makes me so mad - really, this whole thing is beyond messed up! You took down her stuff you didn't write it and you were trying to be a good friend!!! God this is so ridiculous!! Please still post your stuff on your lj at least so I can enjoy the fabulous talent and amazing works that are your writing??? These idiots don't realize all they are going to lose out on not seeing your beautiful work

I feel that I am in the same predicament as you... friend of Darla's and giving her the benefit of the doubt. Luckily I was too busy to even show interest in the whole thing.

The evidence seems to be very damning and I am dissappointed.

On the other note. Her actions and your actions are totally separate. Friends are supposed to support each other. That's what we are supposed to do. Please don't quit writing for your self or posting (for us). If in fact your writing is "wrong" or whatever someone threw at you, the only way to improve it to practice.... and get suggestions and help on the areas that aren't "right".

Anyway, that is my two cents... don't let someone elses actions dictate yours

yeh i know wot u mean, it just hurts that i was trying to help her and she lied to me, so uit's like she's allowed me to be dragged down too.

Hi sweetie! Never let anyone try to stop you from writing! The only time an author should quit is if she's tired of it and not think that she's being pushed out of the fandom. I know it's hard if someone questions the integrity of your work, but there are so many who don't. Take some time away if you need it, regroup, and come back with a fresh perspective. Write for yourself and enjoy it! If you worry about everyone else, it stops being fun.
