1) My favorite bookmark is one of the ones I made - a white satin ribbon with the edges hand beaded with tiny crystals at the edges. 2) Probably about 6 months ago - my diabetic eye checkup. Not blind yet! 3) Jogging? Hahahahaa....no. Walking for short distances, often, but usually it's even more low-impact like swimming or a recumbent bike. My knees are absolutely hecked.

Last May when I had my annual retinal check-up.
I walk every day the weather permits for an hour or so, up hills and down hills. I miss Manolo so so much. That was our time being out walking.
