1) Candy canes and fudge

2) At my uncle's house a long time ago

3) It's alright, but only if it's sunny outside, but in a snowstorm/blizzard, forget it!

Cansy canes are so great. :DD

For me, it was at Barb and Rod's. He passed away over ten years ago.

I need to be able to see where I'm going, not that it helps much. :D

I really don't like Christmas candy. Most of it is colorful hard candy, and I'm not a fan. I also don't like candy canes. I'll take Reeses Peanut Butter cups in the shape of Christmas trees! EDIT - I almost forgot how much I love chocolate peppermint bark sold around Christmas.

It's been years since I remember ashtrays in people's houses. When we were first married (1971) people still had them out for guests or for those living in the house who smoked. We always had one available for Ray's parents, who smoked. I do remember the ashtray in the picture. I think we had one, but I forgot where we used it.

I have a poor sense of direction no matter WHAT season!!

I'm a hard candy fan, always have been, so Christmas was perfect for me. A candy cane and I'm happy. :D

We had one of those, too, at home, but nothing in our house. Thankfully, we only had one friend who smoked and we lost him ten years ago.

Same here.

candy canes

my neighbors still have them (or use pop cans) my parents have the more collectible ones but they haven't been used here in 20 years

it's good, if not better than it is in summer. Winter I can see my tracks

Oh, hell, yes! Candy canes rule!

I have one that my folks stole from a Chinese restaurant. I loved the design on it. I use it for some bits and bobs on the shelf.

Cool, I do suppose there is that, as long as it's not snowing too hard.

1-I liked pretty anything chocolate! My favorite Xmas candy was Frangos.

2-In my late grandfather's house.

3-Just give me a compass, a satellite phone/radio, a map and I'm pretty decent when it comes to directions in winter!

It's hard to beat chocolate and mint!

Well, yeah, if I had those things, I'd probably do okay, too. But without and I'm garbage.

I liked the ribbon candy. I think mostly because it was so pretty.

It's been a long time since I saw an ash tray except on TV.

My sense of direction's about the same in any season - OK, not perfect.

Ribbon candy for the win! TBG got me a box of it a few Christmases ago. While I enjoyed it, the flavors just weren't the same (lots of fruit flavors as opposed to cinnamon, peppermint and clove).

Hell, mine isn't even okay. I'm almost always lost.
