I got snowed in for all of yesterday and most of today in one of the biggest snowstorms in recent history around here. You know it's bad when it hasn't stopped snowing all day, and when you're going to bed you can still hear freezing rain drenching the house at 2:30AM. Living at ET for summer. Starting to see some of the inconveniences of living there, though to be fair: (a) my summer schedule is quite packed, and (b) van runs don't happen in the summer. Have to wait for the weekend to see how things pan out and get used it.

Feeling a little down.

I spent the evening at ET instead of going to Bad Taste (not my kind of humor). fclbrokle, fish, Sarah, dscott, Russell, others, and I wandered around Brookline looking for a cafe so we could sit down, drink hot chocolate/tea/whatever, converse and relax. End of the first week of classes. Not all that exciting so far.

Discovered that ET lets graduate students live there. There's great, especially if I enter grad school here.

Played card game with staticentropy, rivenwanderer, anbaricspider, and fideidefensor. Very wacky. Made up the MacGyver, Amanda and rm -rf cards.
