digital camera shopping?

I'm buying a digital camera to take pictures that I don't have to scan and don't intend to print. I have $1000+ worth of 35mm SLR equipment for photographs, I want something to take pictures with that will fit in a pocket or messenger bag

I say the HP. More MPs and lower priced. Also, they work with most printers.

I have a Canon Rebel 2000 that's compatable with the high end EOS system. Everything's really expensive. A flash will run you 200$ and any decent lens is 300+.

Good shit, though. Really good shit. It runs on 35mm, by the way.
