Sean N and I cooked something absolutely brilliant last night. We got steaks and stuffed them with garlic, crabmeat and breadcrumbs, then made a portobello mushroom, rosemary and red wine concoction to go on top of the steak and made rosemary, garlic and EVOO red potatoes as the side. HO-LY CRAP! It was delicious! Of course, I tend to cook better
