that is an odd bumper sticker, is she saying she is proud that her child has Down's Syndrome, or that she think Down's Syndrome is less chromosomes (and therefor a moron)? This person hurts my brain.

I remember someone saying that on tv as a way to positively accept that their child has downs or some horse shit.

I think it's mildly humorous, but then again I laugh at retards.

Although if it's one of those "Proud of my child even though they have Down's Syndrome" or other just overcoming adversity rubbish, then that just takes all the humor out of it.
