and on another really random note ... I think you, Carolyn, would absolutely love a good, high-hop beer. If you ever come across the Dogfish Head 90minute or the T Hooker Hop Meadow IPA, you should try it. It's a bit bitter, but I think I know you well enough to know that after a couple of these (I don't mean at once) you'd love the style.
