Iced coffee at the gym.  I've seen it twice now, and it still doesn't make sense.  I am quite prone to buying iced coffee drinks from a multitude of institutions.  But, I resist bringing it to pilates or the weight-lifting room.  It probably wouldn't taste too good while on the elliptical, either.  Is my small-mindedness causing me to miss out?

What about beer on the elliptical? Y/N?

Carbs for fuel, B2 for mood, yeast bodies for pro-biotic lovelies. . and hydration, kind of.

Lol.

Workouts are more fun under/over the influence of things ; )

Heh ... beer indeed. Obviously both the health and the brewing industries are missing out on a huge opportunity.

Normally, when one of my group class teachers who I admire from afar say "hi" to me, I freak out and run away. (There's still quite a bit of shy, middle-school girl in me.) With the power of beer ... who knows what is possible! I vote Y.

Dave and I are trying to come to Chicago for a race at the beginning of August, but only if we can find resonable airfare and somewhere to rent a mountain bike. As soon as we know for sure we'll let everyone know!

Cool! I know of a bike rental company (bikechicago.com), but most of their locations are downtown and I know it's going to be busy that weekend ... Lollapalooza is happening in Grant Park Aug 1 - 3.
