lol. yes. In the state of ga you may smoke inside if the establishment is 18 and up. in that particular place.. the upstairs of the restaurant is 18+ and smoking is allowed. downstairs, no smoking. In the City of Savannah, you are also allowed to get your alcoholic beverages in a to go cup and drink on the streets.

Up in Atlanta, depending on which county you're in, you either have to smoke outside, or in some areas, you have to be a certain distance from the entry way to any buildings. Its nuts.

and thanks for the compliment. peronally I think I look rather.. uhm.. cow-ish.. but i'm a girl.. im supposed to hate the very fibers woven into my being. ^_^
