Of course I'll be your friend! Though I feel like I should warn you that my journal's mostly real life stuff these days.
Oh, cool, you wrote A Favor for Lavi. I liked that one a lot. I knew struggling through ffn and leaving unsigned reviews for the rare good fics I found would pay off someday.
Hey! You just friended me, and I see from your profile info that you're going to be at Barnard. Well! I am also at Barnard! And you like Nobuta wo Produce! So seriously, this is awesome, hi.
Hi! I meant to leave you a comment, but I found your journal just as I was going to bed. I noticed you were at Barnard and studying Japanese Literature, which is tentatively what I'm hoping to study, and that you have a fantasy novel coming out, also something I'm hoping maybe to do one day. I figured I could either friend you or stalk your journal, and for once, I chose the more socially healthy option.
Also, leaving comments out of the blue is hard! I waffled for like forty-five minutes before I actually managed to post mine. :) Do you know where you're going to be dorm-wise? Because I'm in the quad so we could hang out! And watch dramas. (Which I like to call "practicing my Japanese" har har har. Oh, lying to myself.) Are you planning on taking Japanese language? I can recommend all the fabulousest of professors!
I'm in Brooks! (With an exclamation point like I'm excited! Except I don't know what building that is! So I'm just neutral!)
We should definitely hang out and watch dramas and please recommend many fabulous professors! I am looking forward to some actual Japanese instruction after years of manga, Jpop, and trying to teach myself.
