Hello, I am looking from somewhere that I can order pectin really cheap (bc it is sooo darn expensive!) Would this be a place?

While they do have pectin, I'm pretty sure they don't do mail orders. I don't know where you are located, but a quick search for bulk food retailers should give you some more options. Pectin is expensive, I sympathize, but getting it in bulk from anywhere is sure to be cheaper than ordering boxes and boxes of sur-jel.
