Veggie Bouquets
So one of our programs in the parks was a veggie thing and the kids were going to make little veggie bouquets. I did all the prep work and no one showed up. GRR. I cut myself three times prepping all the stuff.

Gnocchi Sorrentina (Potato Pasta in Spicy Tomato Sauce)
Ah "insert pasta here* Sorrentina...
This is another recipe i swiped from my trip to Italy. The ancestor of spaghetti sauce from the mecca of Italian cuisine that is southern Italy.
