I must say, this journal is fascinating. I haven't used it yet, but it will prove useful to be able to communicate with others while I'm watching my experiments. And it will help me communicate with the students more efficiently. Ah... I suppose this is automated

Well, good! Because when I was an assistant many years ago, I once had an experiment get out of hand. Needless to say, I had a heap of Howlers the soon after, with mothers belittling me for putting their children in danger. Honestly, I didn't think that the potion would blow up on all them and give them-

*nod* That's part of the reason why I won't be conducting my experiments during class. (The other is that many of them are rather delicate, and the less potential intereference, the better.)

And no, not that I'm aware of. I imagine that would be rather inconvenient, given how many potions ingredients are associated with snakes.

Ah, what a pleasure it is to see such an eager and dedicated TA now affiliated with our Potions Department. The Professor will be grateful for the help, seeing as their students can be quite a handful.

Forgive me for not properly introducing myself soon. Souji Mikage, 7th year Ravenclaw, Director of the Drama Club and Head Boy. The students here are gifted with aspirations, companionship and the thrist for knowledge. I am sure you will find your stay here pleasant.
