I am eating and drinking nothing, because I just wanted to go home after work instead of making a trip to the grocery store. I'm regretting that decision and trying to work up the energy to make the walk.

I worked and fought all day so I had some pain rx and a cider for dinner. Now I'm going to have a hot bath and go work out for a few hours.

I've missed the last couple of episodes, but I really enjoyed this one! I especially liked the ex-nun character.

My major disgruntlement is the implication that Josie saved Henry because she was in love with him - and I'm just a little tired of that trope, especially as she is the only Woman of Letters. There was that earlier conversation about how Henry had a family so I think it was ambiguous enough that I can choose to believe that is just what the demon thought and that Josie saved Henry because she thought he had more people relying on him.
